Students at Pakistan School Bahrian have consistently achieved exceptional results in Matriculation, with numerous position-holders emerging over the years. Matriculation is a two-year program culminating in the Class X examination. The curriculum and examinations are administered by the Pakistani Federal Board.

The middle section spans the period between junior and secondary education, encompassing Grades 6 to 8, with an age group typically ranging from 11 to 14 years.

Formal education in Bahrian commences around the age of six and comprises five classes. Children typically enroll between the ages of 6 and 11 years. Advancement from one class to the next is automatic after successfully passing the required examinations at this level.
